When we met with Pete a couple of years back, when we first were thinking of selling, he was open and honest with what the market was doing then, what his marketing approach was and what he thought we should do to get the most out of our home. When we decided to finally sell, he was very accommodating with meeting with us and bringing us up to speed with what the market has done since we last spoke and giving us little tips or tricks on getting our house ready for market.
