A gréât experience with Pete. Knowledgeable. Realistic. Honest. Did not try to paint it all sweet but instead he painted a realistic picture with reasonable expectations. Signing of documents was seamless This was a stressful time for us as we were selling my moms condo after she moved to a personal care home. Pete really did such a great job my stress about this sale went immediately down after our first meeting I can’t imagine it could have been better. Aware that the condo market in Refina is not good. I feel a great job was done in selling this unit Pete was easily accessible when I had questions. Very quick response time. He kept me up to date with everything going on.
