Being on my own, I was wanting to speak to someone as I wanted advice on where to start this journey of selling your home. Peter came in and said "you talk and I'll listen" and this is what he did. I was put at ease from the beginning and he described it as a process of things you need to do and what would happen along the way leading to a For Sale sign on your lawn. Every meet I had with Peter was always on time which tells you he also thinks of your day and time as being valuable to you. I found this to be very personal and professional.
