Kaitlin was really easy to work with and had a wealth of knowledge regarding the current housing market. She was up front about the amount we could get for our house and set a realistic price so it would sell. She had really good points on what to do to get our house ready to sell and did a great job organizing all the showings. When it was time to negotiate she was honest and supportive and helped us get the best deal. When it came to buying our new house she was really patient and provided us with lots options to look at. When we finally made a offer she was very available to talk it through and was open about when a bid was over the actual value of the home. She showed comparable in the area so we felt comfortable about the amount we were paying.
