I truly do! I am reaching out to you or someone that you know with specific real estate criteria and a specific goal in mind so please share this with anyone that may fit the bill! I need to find a great family a home; this family does not want to uproot their kids, and they need a very specific area.

Do you or someone you know live in the Northwest end of the city, such as Normanview West? Preferably in the school zone around McLurg School (125 Paynter Crescent) and if you do, are you looking to sell your home?

This family here is in need of a home and the details are as such:

It needs to be at or around $400,000.00 because they want to be able to do family things and not have to live on a shoestring budget.

It needs to have an attached garage with direct entry into the home as a preference but not a deal killer. It needs to have a yard for the kids and family to play and enjoy it.

It needs to have 3 or more bedrooms and 2 or more bathrooms.

But most importantly, it needs to be in the McLurg School zone so these fun and energetic kids can continue to pal around with their current friends!!
