Hi, I’m Peter Fourlas

Peter Fourlas is a Regina-based Realtor® and fully licensed real estate broker with nearly 20 years of experience helping buyers and sellers across Regina, Pilot Butte, White City, Emerald Park, and Lumsden, Saskatchewan.

Born and raised in Regina, Peter has spent his life getting to know the neighbourhoods, people, and market dynamics that make this city unique. His approach to real estate is grounded in local expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a consultative, client-first mindset built on honesty, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Peter has worked in sales and entrepreneurship for over 30 years, bringing a broad and practical business background to every transaction. His professional experience includes two years of study in Business Administration at the University of Regina, restaurant ownership and management (Rodos Pizza, Regina; The Mad Greek, Moose Jaw), mobile technology management and sales (Jump.ca), retail software sales (iQmetrix), and residential real estate with leading national brokerages including Rock Bridge Realty, Royal LePage Regina Realty, and most recently Coldwell Banker Local Realty.

Consistently recognized as a top-producing Regina Realtor®, Peter has earned hundreds of five-star reviews across trusted platforms such as Google, Rate My Agent, and Real Satisfied. While awards and rankings have followed him throughout his career, he prefers to let client referrals, results, and long-standing relationships speak for themselves.

Community involvement plays a central role in Peter’s personal and professional life. He continually gives back through his Facebook fan page Peter Fourlas – Regina Realtor®, where each month a local charity is selected and supported through community engagement and financial contribution. As a volunteer, Peter has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Regina Realtors (now known as the Saskatchewan Realtors^® Association or SRA) and plans to serve again. He has also sat on the boards of SYPE and The Regina International Fringe Theatre Festival, volunteered as an organizer for TEDx Regina, and contributed as an organizer, volunteer, and financial supporter of The Build Love Project.

Peter has long supported Habitat for Humanity and, for over a decade, he and his family have been deeply involved with The Humane Society of Regina, sponsoring an adoption every month and helping save nearly 150 dogs and cats. He is also a supporter of Movember, local youth sports, the Regina Hospitals Foundation, and community initiatives including the Gift of Giving Gala.

Guided by his personal motto, “Give more.
